3. Return Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return and subsequent refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Return Window:‌ You have ‌14 calendar days‌ from the date of receiving the item to notify us and initiate a return request.
  • Product Condition:‌ The item must be ‌unused, in its original, saleable condition‌, and in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, manuals, and protective materials intact. Our “Desk Gizmos” and “clever, stylish desktop gadgets” must be returned as new to ensure they can continue to “boost comfort” for the next customer.
  • Proof of Purchase:‌ You must provide your original order number or invoice.
  • Non-Returnable Items:‌ For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are ‌FINAL SALE and cannot be returned‌ unless defective:
    • Opened or used personal electronics, wearable items, or hygiene-related products.
    • Software or digital downloads.
    • Items marked as “Clearance,” “Final Sale,” or “As-Is.”
    • Any product where the original packaging has been damaged or discarded.

CRITICAL POLICY POINT: NO REFUND WITHOUT A RETURN
Our policy strictly does not allow for “refund only” (refund without return) requests under any circumstances.‌ A refund is issued ‌only after‌ we have physically received the returned item at our facility and conducted a quality inspection to verify it meets our return conditions. We ‌will not‌ process a refund prior to receiving and approving the returned goods.

4. The Return Process (Step-by-Step)
To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps carefully:

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RA)

Please include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, issue you a ‌Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number‌ and provide the specific return shipping address.

Step 2: Package and Ship the Item
Securely pack the item in its ‌original product packaging‌, including all components. Clearly write the ‌RMA Number on the outside of the shipping box‌. Returns received without a valid RMA number will experience significant delays and may not be processed.
Ship the package to the address provided using a trackable courier service.
Important:‌ The customer is responsible for ‌all return shipping costs‌ and for ensuring the item arrives safely at our warehouse. We recommend using an insured shipping method and keeping your proof of postage.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within ‌3-5 business days‌ to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  • If Approved:‌ We will notify you via email and initiate the refund to your original payment method.
  • If Not Approved:‌ If the item is used, damaged, missing parts, or not in its original packaging, we will contact you. The item may be shipped back to you at your expense, or a refund may be denied.

  • Refund Amount:‌ You will receive a refund for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Please note: ‌Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.‌ Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be reimbursed.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Provide your order number and clear photos/video evidence of the issue. For these qualifying cases, we will typically provide a prepaid return label and will arrange for a ‌free replacement‌ (subject to availability) or a ‌full refund‌, including original shipping costs.

7. Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, please follow the standard return process to receive a refund for the original purchase, and then place a new order on our website for the desired product.

8. International Returns (For Future Consideration)
Note: Our current Shipping Policy indicates we primarily ship within Singapore. If international shipping becomes available, the following would apply:
Customers returning items from outside Singapore are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. The package must be clearly marked with the RMA number and declared as “RETURNED GOODS” on customs forms. We are not liable for items lost in return transit or for any import/export fees incurred.
