1. Order Processing & Dispatch
- Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch at our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after your order and payment are confirmed. During peak seasons or sales events (like when we launch our “New Arrivals”), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is successfully placed. The estimated shipping time begins once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner.
2. Shipping Locations & Carriers
We currently offer shipping within Singapore. We partner with reliable local courier services to ensure your small gear arrives safely and smartly, right to your smart space. Please note, we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses at this time.
3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery timelines depend on your shipping address and the size/weight of your order. All prices on our site are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Standard Shipping:
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight, and destination.
- Estimated Delivery: 3-6 business days from dispatch.
- Express Shipping:
- Cost: An additional fee applies, calculated at checkout.
- Estimated Delivery: 1-2 business days from dispatch.
- Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over SGD 100. This is our way of helping you boost comfort and banish clutter without extra cost!
Important Note: “Business days” exclude weekends and public holidays. The delivery times provided are estimates from our carriers and are not guaranteed by DeskLifeShop. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier logistics, weather, or public holidays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and a link to track your parcel’s journey in real-time. You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy & Changes
- Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays, additional charges, or lost parcels resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team at sevenar@desklifeshop.com immediately. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for dispatch. Once your clever gadgets have been handed to the courier, we cannot reroute the package.
6. Delivery & Receipt
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partner will attempt delivery based on the address provided. If no one is available to receive the parcel, they will typically leave a notification card with instructions for rescheduling delivery or collecting from a nearby pick-up point.
- Unclaimed Parcels: Parcels that are returned to us as “undeliverable” or “unclaimed” may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment, or a refund may be issued minus the original and return shipping costs.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
We take great care in packing your Desk Gizmos to ensure they arrive in perfect condition to brighten your day. However, if you encounter an issue:
- Inspect Upon Delivery: Please inspect the exterior of the parcel before signing for it. If the packaging is severely damaged, you may refuse the delivery.
- Report Issues: If you accept the package and later discover concealed damage, a defective item, or a missing product, you must contact us at sevenar@desklifeshop.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos/video of the damaged item and its packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Singapore. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team. For any future international service, please note that the recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are not included in the product price or shipping charge.
9. Order Cancellations & Modifications
To cancel or modify an order (e.g., change item, shipping method), please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate such requests if the order has not yet been processed for dispatch. Once the order has been packed and handed to our shipping partner, we cannot cancel or modify it.
